Jesse Rontti

I currently work as a support specialist in IT company which operates in energy field​. I've recently graduated as a MSc from Business analytics, and have BSc in Information processing science. 

I enjoy helping people and solving puzzles, which naturally has directed me towards data and analytics field. Finding patterns from dataset and sharing insights with others is where I thrive.

Currently, I work as part of a support team which manages SaaS production environments and its data. My daily work includes technologies like SQL and NoSQL to write scripts to transform and query data based on customer's needs. In addition to solving support request tickets, I manage and develop Power BI reports for my team and its stakeholders.
